用戶資格與帳號規範
使用 BigMoney 平台服務需年滿 18 歲，或在法定監護人同意與陪同下使用。用戶註冊時應提供真實、準確且完整的個人資料，並有責任妥善保管帳號與密碼。任何透過您的帳號所執行的操作均視為您本人的行為。
User Eligibility & Account Standards
Users of BigMoney must be at least 18 years old or access the service under the supervision of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
商品訂購與付款條件
平台上展示的所有商品價格、規格與庫存資訊均為要約引誘。在您完成結帳流程並收到系統發送的訂單確認郵件後，雙方買賣契約始告成立。我們保留因標價錯誤、庫存短缺或異常訂單而取消交易之權利。
Purchasing Terms & Payment Conditions
Product prices, specifications, and availability displayed on the store represent invitations to offer. A binding purchase agreement is established once your payment is processed and an automated confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical or inventory errors.
鑑賞期與退換貨政策
消費者享有商品到貨後七天鑑賞期（猶豫期非試用期）。為確保食品安全與衛生規範，已拆封之食品或個人衛生用品除商品瑕疵外，概不接受退貨。如遇商品破損或規格不符，請於收訖 48 小時內拍照並聯絡客服協助換貨。
Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period upon delivery. For food safety and health compliance, unsealed consumable products or perishable items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective or incorrect shipments must be reported with photographic proof within 48 hours.

BigMoney 網站上呈現之所有商標、視覺設計、文案內容、商品攝影及軟體代碼均屬本公司或合法權利人所有，受國際著作權法與商標法保護。未經書面明確授權，不得重製、改作、散布或進行商業利用。
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All trademarks, photography, copywriting, graphics, logos, and software code on the BigMoney platform are the exclusive property of BigMoney or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.
責任限制與不可抗力條款
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，BigMoney 不對因網路中斷、系統維護、第三方金流或物流延誤等不可抗力因素造成的間接損害承擔賠償責任。本條款以中華民國法律為準據法，並以台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
Limitations of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigMoney shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, carrier delays, or force majeure events. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
